[New Product]-Wafer Transfer Robot Condition Monitoring system-®dantle…

We had newly developed "Wafer Transfer Robot Condition Monitoring System" named ®dantleplus.

®dantleplus has two major functions: one is detecting  overloading of the Robot the other is finding out abnomal operation of the motor axis.

Overloading of the Robot can be detected by using vibration sensor.

®dantleplus measures current flow of each motor axis and then analyze regular patterns of current flow.

In case of showing abnormal pattern, alarm message indicates the aixs in error.

®dantleplus is a solution that is very suitable for maintenance of equipment and can contribute to productivity improvement and save cost.
