[Expansion of Premises#1]- Laser Repair Area and R&D center

Laser Lab was newly expanded in 2020 for many kinds of Laser repair which boasts high technical skills of PNT.

Many types of lasers for semiconductor tools such as Green Laser, Red Laser, AOM Laser, Zero Laser, HP Laser, Zygo Laser, WT307, Relay Amp, HERB, LD are being repaired in bigger and more specialized area.

We are also actively developing related products such as interferometer condition monitoring system (PiNOVA), Wafer trasnfer device condition monitoring system (Dantleplus) in better place.

With long experience in semiconductor industry and laser specialists, we are able to contribute to customer's satisfaction and reduce lead-time.
